Harbor Rotary members; Jaime, Pamela, John, and David visited ELM (elmprogram.org) the nonprofit offering transformational, tuition-free, multi-year orchestral music and academic support to nearly 200 children and youth from the Canal neighborhood of San Rafael. ELM is renovating their new building to make space to rehearse, learn, and dream at the scale the brilliant students of the Canal deserve.
