Street Crimes Unit - Programs and Operations

Officer Debolt is with the Street Crimes Unit of the San Rafael Street Crime Unit, which proactively enforces laws related to gang crimes, drug crimes and quality-of-life crimes. The SCU also assists the investigations Unit and Patrol Units with major cases.He will discuss, among other things, crime trends on San Rafael.
