Harbor Rotary to sponsor Interact Scholarship for San Rafael High Seniors

San Rafael High Interact Seniors are encouraged to write an essay on the Rotary International theme of "Building Communities, Bridging Continents." The essays will be reviewed, and the winning essay will be provided with scholarship money.
To be eligible, the student must meet the following requirements:
- be a member of Interact Club in good standing
- must be a senior
- scholarship to be used at 4-year college or university, 2-year community college or trade school
- must submit a essay around the Rotary International theme of Building Communities/Bridging Continents
