Harbor Celebrates Ten Years

April 26, 2012 declared The Rotary Club of San Rafael Harbor day by Mayor Gary O. Phillips in recognition of the club's ten years of service to 
Over fifty Harbor Rotarians and guests attended a lavish Lebanese feast put on by the West End Cafe. In attendance were District Governor John Bottari, past District Governors, Peter Lagarias and Brian McLeran, Cinde Covington, the special representative of the President of Rotary International and club presidents Jess Pereza of San Rafael Mission and Ted Abe of San Francisco Chinatown. Also receiving special recognition for his efforts to found the club was Pablo Castro of the Mission San Rafael Club.
