Khadija Hansia-Gibson is an active member of the Islamic Center of Mill Valley, and is a regular speaker at rallies, protests, vigils and more to promote racial justice and equality, and help dispel negative Muslim stereotypes. She currently runs her own wedding and event planning business, Limelight Productions.  Mark Noguchi grew up Buddhist, married a Christian, and also participates in Torah studies at Congregation Rodef Sholom.  He considers himself an "interfaith Buddhist."  He is retired after working as both an anesthesiologist and an educator.  Bethany Nelson serves as the Associate Pastor at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Tiburon, following in the footsteps of her father, who is also an ordained Christian pastor. 

Khadija, Mark and Bethany have served together for several years on the Board of Marin Interfaith Councill (MIC). They will discuss the impact MIC has had in their own lives and in the community of Marin, focussing especially on MIC's mission to "Celebrate Faith, Advocate Justice, and Build Community.
