Matt & Belinda will provide an overview of Habitat Greater San Francisco, including our current and future homebuilding projects in Marin County. We'll lift up the impact of affordable homeownership for families and what we're doing locally and statewide to expand homeownership opportunities. 

Matt has more than 25 years in the social sector, including positions of leadership in community development, affordable housing, youth development, and youth organizing. As Chief Program Officer for Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco, Matt leads a team of dedicated staff focusing on home preservation, volunteer engagement, and homeownership development across San Francisco, Marin and San Mateo Counties. Matt is an experienced program designer and trainer, as well as the author of several publications, tool kits and curricula in the areas of youth development, youth philanthropy, and youth organizing.He has Masters Degrees in Social Work and Urban Planning from the University of Michigan. 

Belinda has been in the nonprofit industry for almost 17 years, working for various causes including hunger, organ donation, supportive housing, hospice and intellectual disability. As Volunteer Services Manager for Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco for the past two years, she brings to bear her experience in outreach, volunteer coordination and program management to rally community support around the organization's many volunteer needs. She is an East Bay local and Cal graduate.
