Resilience is a key component of mental coping during an extended period of stress. The pandemic, now approaching one year in duration, has stretched our capacity to adapt and stay grounded while responding to the changes and uncertainty. Resilience is a skill that can be learned and deployed to raise one's mental game. The talk will highlight the seven ways to build resilience.

Patrick Gannon, PhD, is a clinical and performance psychologist in private practice in San Francisco, San Rafael and nationally via Zoom. He works with adult men, women, couples as well as musicians, athletes and other performers who suffer from performance anxiety.
